Holly Fulton Spring/Summer 14

I had a really great time yesterday when I went to see the Holly Fulton show at London Fashion Week. Not only did I get to see the collection but I found the courtyard in Somerset House was the best place to people-watch. There were a lot of very exciting outfits there (...as well as a few mistakes). As everyone there was dressed in Autumn/Winter clothes, it gave me quite a few ideas and I'm actually really liking the trends for next season. One trend you really couldn't miss, was the amount of black clothing (literally everywhere you looked someone was sporting the all-black look). The show was amazing of course and I loved the use of colours and the different patterns and prints. Going to a show really makes you appreciate the way in which something is worn and the way it moves and fits on the body, something which really can't be shown in a photograph. I had a good view luckily, and the layout had changed from the classic catwalk to a sort of walk-around-the-room arrangement, making it a lot more spacious.

{Wardrobe Wednesday} The Leather Cap...

Remember a little something called Wardrobe Wednesdays? New readers to AiF won't be familiar with it (it last ran in August 2012!), but basically it was a weekly feature where I would highlight beloved items from the depths of my closet... Basically a "sartorial show-and-tell," if you will. So after much thought (and a little shopping), I thought it might be fun to resurrect the series!

First up — the hat. More specifically, the leather baseball cap. It seems like these badboys are popping up in every store, website and, well, head lately, making them the perfect inaugural (if something can be inaugural twice) WW item. Not to have a total 90's Janet Jackson moment on you or anything, but this is a look that I'm planning on wearing the heck out of this fall.

From oversized sweaters and jeans, to more polished, dresses-n-blazers kinds of days, this Bop Basic beauty is going to be making appearances left, right and center... Kind of like the Kardashian of headwear.

{Beauty} The Studded Nail Wrap...

Always down for a good nail wrap, I jumped at the chance to try Essie's studded nail wraps when I came across them a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised with the result. Not only did they last forever and bring new life to a classic red mani, but they got compliments every which way I turned. Not to sound too definitive or anything, but I would go so far as to dub the studded mani (in wrap form or otherwise) the top nail trend of the season... But I'm dramatic like that.

What I've been liking at the moment...

I was going to do an outfit post for you today but then I looked outside and decided against it. Next time I will trek outside even if there's wind and hail, I promise! I thought I'd show you some things that I've really been liking at the moment . Here are mine...

 (checkered crop top - Yayer, green crop top - Roksanda Illincic, shorts - River Island, belt - John Lewis, shoes - Topshop)

1. Crop tops

The chances are I'll only have about 3 days this summer to actually wear a crop top since the weather's so rubbish here in England. Who knows, maybe this summer will be hot and sunny - I'll report back in a few months time. I really love this trend though at the moment. I keep seeing crop tops on other people's blogs and it's given me loads of inspiration.

2. Off- the - shoulder tops and dresses
I don't know why but I really love this style. I guess it sort of makes an outfit a lot more elegant and can be mixed with something completely not elegant such as the boots above and look amazing.

3. Sheer fabrics
You can never fail with a plain sheer top. I'm pretty sure this trend will never go out of fashion due to it's wonderful versatility and ability to glamourise any outfit (if worn right that is!).

4. Dungarees
Partially inspired by my friend's recent purchase of a very lovely pinafore dress. I really really want some dungarees now!

Yesterday i browsed through more than fifty fashion shows from NY fashion week, searching for the model that i liked the most ( from almost every designer) so i can make this type of post. Download, crop, save, resize,save, upload, save, click, click, click and here it is ... This is the shortest recap of the spring 2012 collections from New York ...What are you waiting, grab your cup of coffee ( ice cream is an option too), lean back and pay attention to the upcoming trends, colors and details (they are similar to 2011) ...
My favorite is Mara Hoffman, colorful, bohemian fashion, custom made prints, neon colors with geometrical dots, also with small animals and stripes on fabrics... Stylish warrior with gorgeous jewelry pieces! Me likey!

You all know how much are they trendy and chic, they fit for every occasion, it can be matched with your outfit or your watch can pop out and be in totally different color that you are wearing! They are perfect for every season because they are offering so many colors , and i suppose that non of you can decide which one is the best! :) I know, i want them all too! :) Checked their site, and see where is your nearest store!

Nakon kožnih, metalnih i keramičkih na red su došli satovi sa plastičnom i silikonskom narukvicom. Mnoge poznate kuće su ispratile ovaj trend i svojim potrošačima ponudile nove modele. Brend koji je svoje ime izgradio upravo na takvim satovima jeste Ice Watch. Nalaze se među retkima koji izbace dve kolekcije satova godišnje, shodno sezoni i bojama koje su prilagođene godišnjim dobima. Do sada postoje kolekcije za leto i zimu, kolekcija pastelnih, fluorescentnih i čokoladnih boja kao i mnoge druge. Laki su za nošenje, imaju najveći izbor boja ( mada bih pre rekla nijansi, jer je neverovatno koliko ih postoji) i imaju pristupačnije cene u odnosu na druge brendove koji nude ovakav kvalitet. U Beogradu se mogu naći u Supermarket concept store-u koji se nalazi u Višnjićevoj broj 10 (već neko vreme imaju i svoj "štand" i na prvom spratu TC "Ušće") i u radnji "Big Ben" koja se nalazi na Terazijama broj 35 .
