(Leather jacket Topshop Boutique, Hawaiian shirt thrifted,Tee Topman, PU shorts c/o Glamourous, hate made by me, Arty ring YSL, skull scarf Alexander McQueen, Bag Forever21, boots Office)OK, so I've come to the realisation that there will in fact be NO summer in Manchester this year and I'm going to have to find ways of wearing all the lovely Summer clothes that I've bought and haven't worn.... I know, get your tiny violins out and play me a sad song. I went a bit mental in June and decided I wanted to be some kind of Hawaiian gypsy and bought a ton of Hawaiian shirts. This one's my personal fave, it cost me a hefty £2 and surprisingly for a hawaiian shirt, it goes with quite a lot. I decided to layer it up and teamed it with some PU shorts from the lovely guys at Glamorous, which are an amazing fit as Im not a fan of the whole "skin tight shorts that look like Ive been poured into them and expose my entire derriere look" that seems to be so popular right now.... but each to their own. Meanwhile, due to the weather being rubbish and me being trapped inside, Ive also re-ignited my love of nail art. Drippy nails are my current fave, even though I've been asked on several occasions if Im a goth and reminded that it isnt Halloween yet.... Don't care.
Anyways, Im sure I'll be posting lots more ways to wear my failed Summer pieces in this Arctic weather so stay tuned if you're into that kind of thing.... and let me know if you want to see anything specific :)
